We love garlic more than just about anything, and so should you! It's an incredible vegetable and we think we grow the best around. Fall is garlic harvest season at Bessie's, as we pull the plants and prep them for the store. It involves a lot of trimming and work, but the results are worth it. We've got a lot of great garlic at the store right now, so if you ever wanted to know what real Maine garlic is like, come on down to Bessie's and get a bulb (or two).
